The second aspect to our range of services is all about relaxation, removal of stress and wellbeing. Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage and Hopi Ear Candling, all performed in spacious therapy rooms will ensure that you leave the salon feeling like you are walking on air.

I studied Nutritional Therapy with IINH (Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health) and am delighted to offer Nutritional Therapy here at Lady G. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutritional science in the promotion of optimum health and peak performance and disease prevention. It encompasses the use of carefully compiled recommendations for diet and lifestyle in order to alleviate or prevent ailments and promote optimal health.
