Microneedling

Microneedling is a form of Collagen Induction Therapy using very fine short needles to stimulate the skin’s natural rejuvenation process. Microneedling treatments are suitable for most skin types.

After your skin has been cleansed numbing cream is applied to the area and left to work for approx. 15 mins. Your practitioner will then attach a sterile needle head to the mirconeedling pen and select the appropriate depth for the area to be treated.

The depth of needles can be adjusted throughout the treatment for different areas and serums will be applied to the skin specific to your skin concern.

Our Dermalux LED light will then be applied, followed by a mask to soothe, further increase skin rejuvenation and speed up recovery time.

• Depending on why you are having treatment it may take between 3 – 6 sessions to achieve the desired result. Treatments should be 4 weeks apart
• Following treatment skin will be pink/red for 24 – 48 hours and should be kept away from sources of heat and sunlight.

Your therapist will provide detailed homecare for the days immediately following treatment and also recommend homecare and supplement to ensure you achieve the results you are looking for.
